AFNOR Group « Privilege » clients’ day - Algeria

Total success for the first « Privilège » AFNOR group clients’ day, organised by the Algerian subsidiary at the El biar Hotel in Algiers, on 23rd May.


Ratiba Chibani - Director of the Algerian subsidiary - Hassina yahia Cherif and Michel Legoux led this day with presentations and round tables on various topics in the quality field.


More than twenty clients and auditors were present for this event; the aim was to increase their loyalty with communication means, which fits their needs. The new products and tendencies were presented and it is in this convivial atmosphere that leaders and guests shared lunch.


The numerous questions from the guests and auditors during the meeting proved their interest in this event. As one of the clients mentioned in the satisfaction survey: « this kind of day is to be organised and reinforced again ». And we took this client’s comment on board as we are now organising an Open Day for clients, auditors, prospective customers and institutions, which will be held on 13th October in Algiers.
