The EFQM Forum 2010 takes Innovation and Creativity as its theme in Bilbao, Spain, from October 4th to 6th 2010

The EFQM Bilbao Forum in October wants to “shake the molecules” of the participants as they have the opportunity to learn about recipes for effective innovation and gain inspiration on new ways of working as well as enjoy the emotional connection of celebrating alongside successful organisations.

Keeping with the tradition of providing provocative speakers, EFQM announces that this year’s Forum programme will feature the following keynote speakers:

  • Lotfi El-Ghandouri from the Cirque du Soleil
  • Antonella Broglia from Infonomia
  • Harry West, CEO and Chief Innovation Officer, CONTINUUM

James Bellini will attend as the Forum Master of Ceremonies.

The parallel sessions will be the opportunity to hear from:

  • Two senior executives from Trimo in an interactive session on the challenges and benefits of Open Innovation. Is it a Reality or a Myth?
  • Mondragon, Spain and EEKOO, Finland as two of their senior executives discuss their shared experiences in Innovation as an enabler for employment generation and regional development”.
  • EiTB, Spain, Strix, Great Britain and a third speaker still to be finalised at this time, who, in a Panel debate moderated by one of EiTB’s media journalists, will discuss Innovation and Creativity from significantly different perspectives.
  • And finally, EFQM, with the support of the Wiki group it established to support the work, will present the updated EFQM Framework for Innovation, explain the underlying principles and look to engage the audience in an interactive discussion on the content of the Framework.

The panel debate, scheduled on the last day, will include top executives from EFMQ organisations from Europe and beyond : Iberdrola (Spain), IBM (Spain), Infosys Technology (India) and a member of the EFQM Governing Board.
