AFNOR is now present in the Mauritius, Madagascar, Southern Africa, Seychelles area thanks to the ActBis company

In partnership with Afnor Group, ActBis now proposes assessment and certification solutions for systems, products, services and competences to the economic actors of the Mauritius, Madagascar, Southern Africa, Seychelles area.

ActBis, Act « Assessment, Certification and Training » and Bis « Business Intelligence Solutions » offers flexible and innovative, expert services, as well as business intelligence solutions, focusing on customers’ needs and their core business.

Focusing on limited markets and with the aim of responding to all requests, whether they are generic or very specific, ActBis has the ambition to bring forward a panel of additional solutions, drawing on the AFNOR Group’s expertise. Besides the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 27001 management systems certifications Actbis introduces Hotelcert International for the hotel industry. ActBis brings to the economic actors from the hotel industry, airline companies, banking and financial sectors, insurance, call centers, medical institutions, trading and services companies, auto dealers, distributing relevant tools to measure their performances.

ActBis also proposes a large training offer, unique in Mauritius in management systems, compliance (food safety, HACCP, health and safety), leadership and personal development, and finally in business improvement (5S, Lean, customer satisfaction). It will also deliver qualifying training, IRCA certified.
