Water is already a key issue in many areas of the world. Tomorrow, it will be a fundamental issue for the whole planet, and conflict can only be avoided by intelligent water resource management: water quality, water consumption, the directly-tied issue of water sanitation, and rationalized utilization as a step towards very-long-term sustainability of this precious resource, are all pivotal factors, and the components involved need to be addressed and worked with, starting today.

 

This work effort requires dialogue, exchange and discussion on rules to be implemented in the future, and on how best to apply the standards and regulations in place today.
