Occupational health and risks

In France, 45% of employees are currently experiencing psychological distress, yet fewer than one in four have access to a comprehensive prevention program at their workplace (OpinionWay, 2025).
A figure that gives pause… and, above all, raises a simple question: Are we truly prepared to address workplace distress?
AFNOR Compétences invites you to participate in a webinar on Mental Health in the workplace.

On the agenda:

  • Understanding the Challenges of Mental Health in the Workplace
  • Identify early warning signs and high-risk situations
  • Developing the right habits to support an employee
  • Promote a healthier and more preventive work environment

Mental Health First Aid refers to the support provided to someone experiencing a mental health issue—whether it is just beginning or already advanced—or going through a crisis, until professional help can take over.
In other words: it’s the equivalent of first aid, but for mental health.
This webinar will be hosted by Fabrice Gutnik , a consultant at AFNOR Compétences and a specialist in psychosocial risk prevention and occupational health. He will discuss the warning signs to look out for, the best practices to follow, and will answer your questions.

Participation is free, but registration is required.
