Like the well-established standards for quality management (ISO 9001) and environmental management (ISO 14001), occupational health and safety (OHS) also has its own voluntary international standard: ISO 45001. It replaces national OSH standards such as OHSAS 18001, complies with regulations, and is consistent with ILO principles.
