AFNOR leads committees comprising professionals from the fields of vocational training and human resources, all of whom are committed to developing or updating voluntary standards that address the challenges of their respective fields. Primarily European or international in scope, these documents establish best practices to help stakeholders speak a common language and support their activities.
In France, one example is the standard XP X50-766 proposing a classification, terminology, and typical applications of "soft skills." The voluntary standards of tomorrow are being developed today. And certainly not without you!
