Training organizations, CFAs, experts in skills assessment and VAE, don’t waste any time! Think quality and anticipate the January 1, 2021 certification requirement.
Article 6 of the law is clear: training organizations operating on the conventional market (public or mutualized/parity funds) will have to prove that they provide quality services. And even hold and present a certification attesting to this. In this respect, the law continues the drive to improve quality that began in 2014, the last stage of which was Datadock referencing. Do you work in a training organization or apprentice training center? Without a distinctive sign, you run the risk of no longer being listed, and therefore of losing your financing and your customers!
The AFNOR Group also has the solution to secure your market: its subsidiary AFNOR Certification, which is closely monitoring the work of France Compétences, now offers you AFAQ Conformité certification for vocational training. Would you like to go one step further and stand out from your competitors with a strong sign? AFNOR Certification will support you with NF Service Formation professionnelle or AFAQ ISO 9001:2015 applied to continuing professional training organizations… So many marks of quality that you should be prepared to apply for… Or to put back at the top of your sales pitch if you already are!
In terms of quality, the March 5, 2014 law had taken the lead. One of the implementing decrees required funders to carry out “quality control” of training organizations. They could comply by presenting a label or certification recognized by CNEFOP (Conseil national de l’emploi, de la formation et de l’orientation professionnelle) via the Datadock database. Six AFNOR Certification certifications are eligible.
The new law puts an end to these schemes, entrusting France Compétences with the task of defining a single certification applicable to training players, and OPCOs with the task of requiring these players to hold one of these certifications.
